Singapore Tripartite Work-Life Excellence Awards 2021

The Tripartite Alliance Award held its Award Ceremony on 16 August 2021 at Fairmont Singapore to celebrate organizations that excel in building fair and progressive workplaces and keep employees at the heart of their progress. i-Sprint was honoured to be awarded the Work-Life Excellence Award.

Tripartite Alliance Award is conferred by the Singapore tripartite partners namely Ministry of Manpower (MOM), National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF). The Work-Life Excellence Awards recognizes excellence in work-life strategies that effectively maximize employee performance while helping them manage their work-life harmony. i-Sprint has demonstrated outstanding success in implementing work-life programmes and fostering a work-life-friendly culture in the workplace.

Our CEO, Dutch Ng, was on stage that day to receive the Award from Ms Gan Siow Huang, Singapore Minister of State for Education and Manpower.
