Position: Sales Director (Thailand)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the hiring and development of a Thailand sales organization and drive the development of sales strategies.
- Responsible for developing the channel strategy and recruitment
- Responsible for business planning to achieve the targets.
- Maintain the relationship with the key clients and develop new opportunities in the markets.
- Analyzing business planning, sales activities as well as the market situation to drive the sale revenue to achieve the objectives.
- Hiring, training and coaching the sales team.
- Develop strategic vision, objectives, financial budgets and forecasts. Manage overall sales process and set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
- Develop global pricing and revenue generation to deliver the agreed business plan.
- Identify industry and market trends, maintaining keen awareness of industry partner and competitor movements and activities.
- Work closely with the Thailand sales team to develop, establish, and direct channel and distribution strategies and execute lead programs.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
- Manage overall sales process and set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
- Develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions for high-profile customers and channel partners.
- Responsible for the sales of company’s Credential Management, Strong Authentication and Single Sign-On solutions through our distributor and channel partners in Thailand.
- Develop and implement action plans with channel partners to achieve and exceed the sales objectives.
- Work closely with our distributor and channel partners to nurture new businesses and build a sustainable and strong sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required;
- At least 10-15 years’ IT software and/or services sales experience with a proven track record in Key Account Sales in Banking and FSI Sector.
- Familiarity with solution consultation specializing in Software solution selling methodologies would be advantages.
- Previous experience in enterprise security solution selling with specialization in Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English i.e. speak and write; preferably with good exposure to MNC working culture and environment.
- At least 5 years in the IT channel sales experience and preferably with IAM background.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills i.e. strong coverage and relationship, preferably C-/EVP/FVP level in the Major Banks and FSI Sector to achieve sales goals.
